For over 20 years, Resolution X has been Australia’s preferred destination for the hire of professional lighting and rigging for the event and entertainment industries. This family first employer, that encourages a friendly and fun atmosphere, is seeking a ‘people person’ that can help exceed our clients’ needs by providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
This high-intensity role works within our hire team to take enquiries from our customer base for the hire of our product range. The enquiries vary from meeting specifications for large scale productions right down to a local dance school looking for a simple effect for their show. This role manages the product selection, competitive quoting, client management and the return of equipment of each job.
This role is supported by a large team of lighting and rigging professionals in the office that are here to help train our preferred candidate to be the best they can be. We don’t need a lighting or rigging expert, we just need someone who’s ready to become one.
To succeed in this role, the best candidate will have high level communication skills, attention to detail and a desire to go above and beyond for their clients.
Operational hours for the position are 09:00am – 5:00pm, Mon through to Friday with the possibility for office-based paid overtime during seasonal times. Not wanting full-time employment? Permanent part-time options are available to the right applicant.
