Resolution X is one of Australia’s leading lighting and production companies, and we’re looking for a Hire and Production Assistant to join our NSW team. You’ll be part of the crew that keeps the wheels turning — but this time, you’ll be hands-on with quoting, planning, scheduling, and coordination that brings the shows to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Hire and Production teams with both office coordination and on-site delivery.
- Assisting with crew scheduling, logistics, and supplier bookings.
- Managing smaller hire and production jobs from start to finish — quoting, planning, prepping, and delivering.
- Working directly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and top-quality delivery.
- Learning how to plan, budget, and manage productions, not just work them.
- Building your skills with state-of-the-art gear, technology, and national industry exposure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Live Production, Theatre, or Events, or solid hands-on industry experience.
- A great communicator who’s confident with people and thrives on teamwork.
- Equally comfortable behind a desk or behind a dimmer rack — you like variety and challenges.
- A problem solver who’s calm under pressure, practical, and proactive.
- Passionate about the entertainment industry — but ready to get involved in the planning and coordination, not just the gig grind.
