The Role
As Head of Production, you will be accountable for the execution of all production elements across the Merivale group inclusive of all Audio systems, lighting design, stage building for nightclub operations, large scale private and corporate events and unique venue activation. Delivering through your team to create best in class experience for our guests.
This Role is responsible for:
- Brainstorming and creating event concepts aligned with Merivale objectives.
- Advising various stakeholders on all production related elements of corporate events across the group.
- Building a strong team culture to encourage growth and development within a diverse team environment.
- Maintaining a strong and positive relationship with productions contractors and suppliers.
- Managing monthly budgets and forecasting for production elements within the group.
- Driving innovation and growth in the production space to ensure Merivale events are delivered at a World Class standard.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Production management experience in ideally nightclubs, live music venues or nightclubs.
- Solid technical knowledge of various different audio, lighting and vision systems.
- Project management experience with exposure to unique environments.
- Have led a large diverse team across varying different role types.
- Knowledge of production requirements for music, festivals and large-scale events.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – business partnering across various levels.
- A passion for music and nightlight.
