Our Production Department is responsible for providing best-in-class support to help creative teams achieve their artistic vision within the agreed timescales and budgets. As an integral role in the Production Team, the Head of Lighting provides leadership to our casual technicians while ensuring the delivery and management of lighting at our Precinct.
About you
You will be a creative, high-performing arts leader who is calm under pressure and a problem solver who is highly skilled in all aspects of Lighting and Technical Systems. You will be a proactive leader who is approachable and passionate about the arts and entertainment industry-backed by demonstrated capabilities and experience in lighting.
You will have well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and the capacity to build strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
