Tech Sister’s vision is to give every woman in the events industry around the world the opportunity to feel encouraged, empowered and equipped through support, training, and networking.
Creating regular discussions towards RUOK (a mental health awareness organization in Australia), we also chat about the latest equipment, software, and general advice, as well as share career opportunities, helping everyone at every stage move towards their goals, on a personal and career level.
This community was founded by Jess McCloughan on the 25th of January 2019 and with some added help and guidance of her friends Jess Murphy and Amelia Trenaman, the community was established in a facebook group, currently with 340+ members and more joining every day. We are thrilled that we can encourage, empower and equip each and every member throughout their journey.
