We are currently looking for an experienced Full-time video/lighting technician to work across a range of corporate and arts and entertainment events to join our Melbourne team. We are looking for Technicians that not only know their craft but will also represent and be proud of our brand’s great heritage.
The successful applicants should also hold a current drivers license.
Desired Skills but not essential:
- Minimum 5 year experience as a Video or Lighting Technician
- Experience of a wide range of video production equipment including; Projection, LED screens, media servers, camera systems, virtual event platforms and live video production systems.
- Experience of Lighting production equipment including Grand MA consoles & Martin fixtures, able to read stage plots & Schematics.
- Experience working on large-scale events, corporate events, festivals and touring shows.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Personable and professional in client interactions.
- Rigging knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Showing initiative on site.
- Willingness to travel.
- Flexible attitude towards work hours.
- Comfortable in multi-tasking and meeting strict deadlines.
- Must be reliable and well presented.
