In March 2015, Opera Australia will build a stage to present one of the world’s best-loved operas on one of the most breathtaking venues in the world, Sydney Harbour.
With the instantly recognisable sails of the Sydney Opera House and the span of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour 2015 will feature a fully-staged production of Aida with world-class artists, a purpose built stage and fireworks. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced FOH Manager to lead the Front of House Team and audience’s event experience.
Periods of engagement:
Planning: approximately 2 days a week from Monday 5 January to Monday 20 March 2015
Performance: Full time from Monday 23 March to Sunday 26 April 2015
A typical work week will involve evening performance shifts 6 days a week and one day off on Monday.
De-brief: approximately 3 days taken in the week Monday 27 April to Friday 1 May 2015
