This is an exciting opportunity available for a person with at least one year facilities or trades experience to join our friendly team as a Facilities Officer.
• Immediate start
• Monday to Friday
• 8.00am to 4.00pm
• Initial 6 months contract
• Full time opportunity to follow
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Facilities Manager in the professional administration of the theatres affecting:
-In house staff
-Theatre hirers
-Theatre patrons
-Merchandise & ticketing staff
• Assist the Facilities Manager in the maintenance of all interior and exterior fixtures, fittings and building structure of the theatres
• Under direction and guidance provided by Facilities Manager:
– carry out general repairs and maintenance of furniture fitting
– overseeing contractors for repairs of plant and machinery
SELECTION CRITERIA
• Excellent communication skills
• High standard of personal grooming and appearance
• Enjoy interacting with people from all levels
• Excellent computer literacy on office based products
• Ability to multi task
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to provide exceptional support at all times
