Carriageworks is Australia’s leading contemporary cultural precinct and is recognised for its strong investment in commissioning and presenting contemporary work and premium events. We are seeking Experienced Casual Technicians who have advanced technical skills in art installation, lighting, audio, or vision to work across a diverse range of exhibitions and live productions. We are also seeking multi-skilled venue technicians to work in support of a broad range of commercial events. For all technicians, a willingness to work across diverse projects and different technical disciplines is a must. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong work ethic, plenty of initiative, a reputation for reliability, and be able to take instruction. You should pride yourself on your integrity within the workplace, have good communication skills and be a team player who is motivated to contribute to a positive team culture. Weekend and evening work will be required.
