We could probably take on 2 or 3 more full-timers and with last year’s turnover at an all-time high, we are in a good position to pay top salaries to attract ‘A’ graders.
We need help in the office and we also need help listening to our customer’s needs and delivering excellent results.
We’re keen for someone that has knowledge of industry products and shows attention to detail, is energetic, keen to put in extra hours when needed, is reliable, has a good memory and is willing to learn new skills.
In particular, we are looking for an Office Manager and a Sales & Hire Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities of the role
- Prepare sales & rental orders
- Assist with general enquiries
- Carry out inventory control
- Quotation preparation
- Delivery and collection of goods
- Maintenance of inventory, vehicles, EWPs & forklifts
The ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- General knowledge of lighting and/or rigging & staging
- Skilled in basic software use
- Ability to analyse and solve problems
- Attention to detail
- Passion for new technology and open to learning new skills
- Good organisational skills and a team-orientated approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Current driver’s license
- Forklift, EWP & Truck license an advantage
