The Group operates six clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated full time Event Technology & AV Manager to join our growing AV team. The Event Technology & AV Manager at Bankstown Sports is responsible for managing the end-to-end technical aspect of our events & AV systems throughout Bankstown Sports and it’s associated venues.

Key Responsibilities
· Liaising with our events team and (potential) clients to scope, support, setup and execute the success of events
· Coordinating a dynamic roster with direct reports & 3rd party contractors
· Managing and developing a small team
· Coordinating support and assistance for AV requirements for the Bankstown Sports Group
· Allocating, monitoring and completing AV jobs through a ticketing system
· Escalation point for AV tickets across the Bankstown Sports Group and technical event concerns
· Maintaining AV documentation
· Ensuring work health and safety responsibilities are adhered to
· Managing AV projects across the Bankstown Sports Group
· Working with and managing external vendors and contractors
· Provide training and support for end users of AV facilities
Essential Criteria
· Proven audio knowledge and technical skills required to operate equipment in live entertainment and performing arts industries
· Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in high-pressure situations.
· Basic networking and technical skills
· RSA& RCG Competency card (or willingness to obtain)
· Flexibility to work weekends and nights as the club operates 24/7
· Strong attention to detail
· NSW Driver’s License
