We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team and be part of a dynamic environment working with some of the best events around Perth.
As this is a ‘hands-on ‘ role, the ability to operate audio, lighting or vision will be highly desired and must be physically fit and able.
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
At least 5 years proven production management experience across a broad range of events from small scale band and corporate events through to large festivals.
Ability to lead a team in order to quickly and efficiently meet deadlines with an eye for detail.
Capable of liaising with clients and formulating quotes
Strong knowledge of audio, lighting and vision systems
Rigging qualifications desired but not essential
Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills – written & verbal
Good understanding of current WHS standards
Current C class licence (MR is desirable)
Proficient computer skills in inventory management software, databases and systems as well as standard office computer software.
Good organisational and time management skills
Enjoys working in a team environment and is positive and proactive
Salary Range $70 –$90K commensurate to experience based upon a 38hr week (seasonal variation)
