Event Planner and Technology Specialist x2

Join the Plenty Ranges Arts & Convention Centre team and take ownership of our growing Conference and Events business. You will be joining a team which runs a state of the art theatre supported by a wide mix of function rooms and event spaces. The year ahead presents exciting growth opportunities for the organisation and we are looking for new team members to spearhead this growth.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Venue Operations & Customer Experience, you will be part of the team that delivers audio visual, technical and event planning services to the venues clients. You will be responsible for ensuring each and every event is delivered to a world class standard whether it be the planning of a conference for 50, a banquet for 600 or the delivery of state of the art technical services for one of our theatre clients.

This role is all about attention to detail whilst delivering best in class service levels leaving our customers and visitors with an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on role which requires strong management, administration, technical, relationship building, customer experience, and organisation skills.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have high level knowledge and skill in operation of theatrical lighting fixtures and experience in the operation of a range of audio equipment. You will also have experience in the planning of and oversight of events.

You will be highly motivated, hardworking and want to be part of that culture and work together as part of a close knit team.
