ALook Productions Services in Melbourne recently took delivery of 18 Event Lighting M1H420W fixtures to go straight on one of their regular clients, Melbourne Opera.
Peter Amesbury, General Manager of ALook and Lighting Designer of Maria Stuarda, says “We went with the M1H420W for a few reasons. One of these was the noise factor. Opera is a noise-sensitive environment and our aging fleet of HMI-based fixtures are now just too noisy. We were also impressed by the standard gobo load, great output and awesome support from Eventec. On the show, there is also Event Lighting PAR12X12 Pro Pars providing side light. The whole rig is controlled by a High End Systems Road Hog 4 with Event Lighting data distribution and Artnet nodes.”
