Event Hire Admin / AV Technician

Event Hire Administrator / Audio Visual Lighting Technician

JP Light and Sound is a dedicated Audio Visual Lighting Hire, Party Hire and Event Production company that specialises in providing Lighting, Audio, Visual, Staging, DJ Equipment and DJ Services for Weddings, Parties, Festivals and Corporate Events in Adelaide.

Key Accountabilities

  • Seeking a dynamic and experienced, hard-working individual with the ability to multi-task.
  • Audio and Lighting operational and/or technical knowledge is an absolute advantage. Please state any experience whatsoever in this area.
  • Must have meticulous attention to detail.
  • Responsible for quoting customer events, emailing customers to achieve sales.
  • Accurate customer event data entry into various spreadsheets.
  • Stock inventory and accurate testing and return of equipment to the warehouse after each hire.
  • Quoting, coordination and management of a range of events and functions, liaising with the customer and venue operators (including face-to-face and virtual)
  • Training supplied in inventory and Xero accounting software.

Casual position: 27.5 hours per week
