Once again in 2019, Elite Event Technology were proud to not only supply, but also be a Platinum Sponsor of the annual Ronald McDonald House ACT & Southern NSW Gala Ball.
This event raises the majority of RMHC’s operating capital for the entire year and we are very happy to be involved and offer our support each year.
Held in the Exhibition Hall of The National Convention Centre Canberra, we provide a complete production package including Audio, Lighting, Video, Rigging, Staging, Drapes, Backline, Multi Camera Shoot and all Crew.
We also provide provide Production Design, Technical Direction, Event Management and Entertainment Procurement for this event.
With this years theme being 80″s, we thought we had to introduce some disco and that meant Mirror Balls! The centrepiece in the room was a custom chandelier comprised of over 70 mirror balls of different sizes suspended from 3 circular trusses inside each other.
Each year we try to continue to raise the bar with the entertainment on this event. This year we had performances by The Australian Rugby Choir in conjunction with the RMC Band, Kulturebreak and The Retro Super Group featuring The Choirboys, The Eurogliders and 1927, the event was then finished off with a DJ playing remixed dance versions of classic 80’s hit songs.
The event was a huge success smashing its own records for funds raised for this amazing charity organisation and the work that they do.
