Desert Festival Production Manager

Red Hot Arts, a non-profit leading arts organisation based in Mparntwe/Alice Springs, is looking for a Production Manager to oversee and manage the logistics, equipment, production and crew of Desert Festival in September 2023.

Reporting to the Director of Programs and Events, you will manage production supply, budget allocation, scheduling, event staff and contractors, AV equipment and other production assets, and liaise with the production company. You are also responsible for reviewing and updating an Event Operations Plan and Procedures, including risk management. The role is a key part of the Desert Festival team and assists in ensuring smooth delivery of a high quality, responsible and enjoyable festival in the heart of Australia.
