For the second-year running, Crystal Productions delivered an outstanding technical production for the Australia Day celebrations in Cronulla, helping create the epicentre of the Sutherland Shire’s beachfront festivities. Set against the iconic shoreline, the concert stage became a focal point for Cronulla’s live entertainment, bringing the community together for a major national celebration.
A Beachfront Stage with Global Truss
Crystal Productions built a concert stage and roof structure using our Global Truss F44 and F45 systems. These modular aluminium trusses are engineered for high load capacities and flexible configurations, making them suitable for large-scale outdoor stages. The team partially built the stage directly on the sand, which required careful planning and adaptation to the terrain. The truss system formed the structural framework for the roof and stage.
