Crewing & Travel Coordinator

NEP Australia is currently looking for a Sydney based Crewing & Travel Coordinator to join our team in a full-time on-going position.

The role will work alongside a team of Crewing & Travel team members with respect to crewing and travel duties across various NEP jobs.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

·         Crewing of freelancers such as camera operators, audio, CCU, EVS, etc

·         Call sheet preparation and distribution

·         Weekly timesheet payroll processing

·         Booking of crew travel logistics

·         Organising crew accreditation for venues

Required skills and attributes:

·         Broadcast, Production, or event experience desirable but not essential

·         Minimum of two years crewing and travel experience desirable but not essential

·         Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

·         Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook

·         Ability to work under pressure and solve problems

·         Be a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously

·         High level of organisation and attention to detail
