We are seeking an experienced Crewing and Logistics Coordinator to work alongside our Head of Operations, managing crew requirements on local, national and international projects. The ideal applicant will have experience in scheduling technical teams and coordinating related administration within an audio visual production company.
Essential criteria to be the successful applicant are:
- At least 2 years’ industry experience in a similar operational role.
- Strong knowledge of the Live Events and/or Broadcast industry.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills – able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in planning and delivering events.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in planning and delivering events.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Demonstrates excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible attitude towards working hours, understanding the nature of the industry and diversity of the work schedule.
- Understanding of WHS regulations and procedures
- Team player who fosters helping others to succeed
- Intermediate IT skills, particularly MS Office 365 and RentalPoint
- Willingness to adopt new technology and implement change.
The role is based at our premises in Scoresby, but at times you may be required to work onsite on our projects. Industry based training will be provided to further enhance and develop skills where required.
