The Arts Centre on the Gold Coast has rebranded and is now known as HOTA or Home of the Arts. With the new name came a new venue, a 3500 seat world class amphitheatre. HOTA celebrated the occasion and held a free concert starring comedian, actor, composer and director Tim Minchin and Creative Productions were there supporting the HOTA technical crew.
LD Cameron McKaige designed and operated the house rig supplemented with Creative’s GLP GT1’s and GLP JDC-1 Strobes, ROBE BMFLs as well as Ayrton MagicBlades, Claypaky B-Eye’s and an assortment of conventional fixtures.
Control supplied was an MA2 full size console with a light as a back up.
Creative Productions also supplied a outdoor lighting package for the site lighting for the event.
