Due to growth and restructure within our company there is an opportunity for a dedicated Production and Operations Manager to join our experienced team at Concert & Corporate Productions.
CCP is Western Australia’s premium Lighting and Video provider to the entertainment industry with a track record of quality service and equipment.
The Production and Operations Manager will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the operations and logistics of CCP.
This role requires a person who can motivate and manage a team while identifying problems and develop solutions. The position requires experience in the Entertainment Industry, primarily in Lighting Production, logistics, operations and stock control along with the communication skills to work within a team of highly experienced crew.
Purpose of Position: –
• Manage, plan, direct and co-ordinate all business operations and logistics.
• Oversee asset management and loss prevention.
• Constantly review systems to ensure efficiency and cost control
• Assist in Production
Requirements
• Efficient team leadership skills.
• Good Communication.
• Lighting and Video Experience
• Ability to forward plan and prioritise workload.
• Logistics experience
• Operations experience.
Preferred skills and experience
• Entertainment Industry experience – Lighting and Video
• Truck Licence (MR/HR)
• Fork Lift Licence
Remuneration will be based on experience.
