The biggest rock tour of 2020 hit Australia in February as Tool embarked on a national arena tour. It’s Tool’s first Australian tour in seven years, off the back of their new album Fear Inoculum – their first release in 13 years.

Known for their spectacular production values, Tool did not disappoint and Chameleon was proud to be on the road with them.

Chameleon’s new MDG Fog Generators -The One hazers performed admirably with a DF 50 hazer in support.

Control included an MA Lighting MA2 full-size as a tech console and eight MA NPUs. The LD travelled with his own MA3 full-size.

Chameleon also supplied an Intercom Master, 4 x Intercom Substation, 24 x PDS 12 GPO Distribution, 4 x Stagesmarts AB Mains Distribution and 8 x DD8 Data Distribution.

From Delicate in LA, the band toured 12 x Ayrton Magic Ring, 24 x High End Turbo Ray, 8 x Ayrton Wildsun and 7 x Ayrton Magic Dot.

Montreal’s Show Distribution supplied 32 x automation controls and motors.

Truss, cables and more motors were supplied by Chameleon.
