We’re a small team of 6 talented Technicians, we each have our specialty areas but share our broad knowledge base and understanding of all professional technical production and work closely together to achieve production excellence.
A close-knit bunch, the work we do behind the scenes has a powerful impact on the production, the audience and more broadly our community.
You’ll get exposure to, and take ownership of the operation of professional technical equipment in all production disciplines, with a particular focus on operating, planning and designing in the discipline of Lighting.

About you
Sure, we’re looking for an experienced and competent Venue Technician, but you’ll also have excellent interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator who’s able to skilfully manage conflicting priorities. We operate best as collaborative and service-oriented professionals who all play a key role in creating a dynamic and rewarding community focussed environment.
However, more important than experience, we’re looking for someone with the following characteristics:

A great communicator – you can relay technical information to non-technical people, engaging and enthusing them in the process
