Entries for the 2012 AV Industry Awards (AVIAs) close this coming Friday afternoon. Conducted by AV magazine, with a panel of judges drawn from ALIA, InfoComm (the AV industry association) and AETM (the Association of Education Tech Managers), the AVIAs include categories for the Best application of AV in production and the Best application of AV in exhibition and display. Projects are compared by budget so that everyday good work is not overshadowed by the occasional mega-budget gigs.
Entry is free and all projects that make the shortlist also get coverage in AV magazine and at the awards presentation at the Integrate show in Sydney in August.
To find out more about the entry categories, the judging panel or to download your entry form, visit the AVIAs web site or contact Chris Holder at AV magazine (03 5331 4949)
