About the Role
We are looking for passionate Audio, Video & Lighting technicians at all levels, from entry to senior, to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our Sydney operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of events while contributing to exceptional client experiences.
For candidates ready to take on a full-time AV Technician role, we seek individuals with a commitment to technical excellence, a collaborative team spirit, and a drive to deliver outstanding events.

What You’ll Bring
While we provide training, we’re particularly interested in candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Technical Expertise
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Video, Lighting, or Audio Technician.
- Proficiency in video production equipment such as projection systems, LED screens, media servers, camera systems, virtual event platforms, and live video production systems.
- Experience with lighting production and audio production equipment.
Problem Solving & Adaptability- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- A flexible attitude toward work hours – it’s the events industry, after all!
- Comfort with multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
Professionalism- A polished presentation and professional manner in client interactions.
- A strong desire to grow and expand within the role.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
