The Role
VJAM is on the hunt for an AV superstar to join our team. The role will include planning, setting up, operating, and packing down small to large AV systems for a multitude of events. When we’re not working with our clients on their events, you can find us in the warehouse, maintaining equipment, preparing shows and furthering skills to provide our clients cutting edge solutions.
To be considered for this position you must have the following:
- Advanced skills in installation, operation, troubleshoot of Audio Visual equipment. Basic skills with lighting equipment a must.
- Ability to assemble, operate, test and adjust Audio Visual equipment according to project and client needs.
- Ability to maintain Audio Visual equipment such as projectors, screens, stage, lighting, sound systems etc.
- Experience in installing Audio Visual equipment.
- Experience in the deployment and mapping of LED video walls is highly desirable
- Experience in executing medium-to-high scale corporate projects.
- Experience in event management is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service tactics and communication skills to assist and advise clients on operation of Audio Visual equipment.
- Self-driven individual who can work productively and lead a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- High standard of personal presentation.
