Audio Visual Production Manager – Lighting

  • Previous operating experience in a corporate or a major venue

  • Skilled in coaching and guiding your crew and sharing your knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day period, day and night
  • Pride in your work that clearly shows attention to detail and care


About the role….

  • As a hands-on crew manager, you will be directly responsible for the build, operation and dismantling of Lighting requirements for events
  • Ensure that a high standard of production in Lighting is maintained for all events, ensuring work is effective and efficient
  • Manage Lighting equipment resources and ensure the work environment and storage areas are maintained in a clean, safe and secure manner
  • Help coach and guide your crew, sharing knowledge and experience specific to Lighting
  • Foster a culture of care and collective success ideals 
  • Research and trial new technology or equipment prior to integration
  • Create reports and rosters as required
  • Work closely with the extended Audio Visual team and other teams ensuring event requirements meet or exceed Centre standards
