About the role….
- As a hands-on crew manager, you will be directly responsible for the build, operation and dismantling of Lighting requirements for events
- Ensure that a high standard of production in Lighting is maintained for all events, ensuring work is effective and efficient
- Manage Lighting equipment resources and ensure the work environment and storage areas are maintained in a clean, safe and secure manner
- Help coach and guide your crew, sharing knowledge and experience specific to Lighting
- Foster a culture of care and collective success ideals
- Research and trial new technology or equipment prior to integration
- Create reports and rosters as required
- Work closely with the extended Audio Visual team and other teams ensuring event requirements meet or exceed Centre standards
