About the role
Due to an increase in work volumes, ICC Sydney are looking for talented and motivated Lighting Operators and Systems Technicians on a casual basis. You will be responsible for working across the entire site at ICC which includes three Theatres, two Ballrooms, over fifty meeting rooms and over thirty five thousand square meters of exhibition floor space. With a large range of new equipment and some great spaces to work in – no two days are the same!
About your experience
The key to success in this dynamic environment will be your ability to be a team player, possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a professional, fast paced environment. In addition to this we are looking for Lighting Operators and Systems Technicians with experience in the following:grandMA2, Whole Hog and ETC consoles and networking systems
Strong knowledge of static and moving light fixtures
Highly creative with a strong eye for detail
Key responsibilities of the role also include the below, but are not limited to:
Building lighting systems
Programming consoles
Interpreting lighting design briefs
Operating high end corporate and live entertainment events
