This role is an excellent full-time opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic client-focused individual to join our Melbourne-based event productions team and take the lead in multiple venues.
You will be working as our in-house venue representative and will own all elements of production within the venue however you will also have scope to drive a pipeline of events in other areas.
Key Responsibilities:
· Developing quotes and creative solutions to meet client requirements.
· Initiating sales
· Preparing detailed operational schedules incorporating critical timings and personnel involved.
· Conducting site inspections with clients.
· End-to-end event delivery on-site
· Maximising new and existing business opportunities.
· Managing and growing client relationships, and understanding the importance of these relationships.
· Assisting with general sales enquiries.

Previous Client Management / Hospitality experience in the events industry or technical background would be preferred but not essential.
