This role is an excellent full-time opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Account Development Manager to join our Carrum Downs-based event production team, where there is an opportunity for long-term personal growth in many disciplines of technical production in the event industry.
Qualifications & experience
- Extensive experience with account management
- Knowledge of the Audio Visual and Entertainment Industry and advantage but not necessary.
- Previous experience in a management or team-leading role.
- Passion for delivering high-quality Audio Visual and Production Solutions.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and Multitask.
- Drivers Licence
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with the client base and maintain a thorough understanding of client’s requirements for their events.
- Promptly attend to clients’ requests and queries and provide a continual gold-class service.
- Develop quotes and creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Prepare for operational requirements including booking equipment and labour.
