We are currently recruiting for Audio, Vision & Lighting Technicians to provide support and deliver unparalleled service within your chosen field.
Lighting Technicians– lighting design, programming, effects, follow spot operation, corporate events and theatrical lighting.
Audio Technicians– Audio support and advice to The Star Gold Coast and other hirers on a range of theatre projects in the pre-production and run periods.
Vision Technicians- Set up and operation of vision switching systems, installation of single and blend projection systems for corporate events on property.

The Star Gold Coast is a busy and complex environment and this position forms an integral part of the Entertainment Team.
We are specifically looking for people who have demonstrated the following within their specific field:
- Operating equipment for either theatre productions, concerts and corporate events.
- Carrying out maintenance checks.
- Assisting with the bump-in and bump-out of equipment for theatre productions, concerts and corporate events including loading and unloading of trucks as directed.
- In this role you will have a minimum of 2 years experience within your chosen field.
- Flexible work arrangements between departments including but not limited to theatre, Ballroom, stage & corporate events across lighting, visual and audio.
- Has basic maintenance experience together with an ability to fault find.
- Can work in a close team environment with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- You will have the ability to undertake any task that is reasonably requested by management.
