Associate Producer Production

About the role
National Theatre of Parramatta (NTofP) is seeking to employ an Associate Producer (Production) to work in an active Theatre Company and support the Executive Producer of NTofP  deliver the annual program of activities.

On a daily basis you will assist with the delivery of the productions of the National Theatre of Parramatta (NTofP), working in accordance with the artistic and business objectives of the Company. The Associate Producer will plan, prepare and deliver the productions of the National Theatre of Parramatta working closely with the Executive Producer, Directors and Creatives.

This role will also oversee the staffing responsibilities of the stage and technical personnel. Additionally this role will assist in the day to day operations of NTofP, including being part of the creative team which delivers the program of activities undertaken by the organisation from the theatrical productions through to the delivery of development and capacity building programs.

About the person
The successful candidate will have strong  professional experience in technical and touring production. It would be preferred for applicants to have professional and relevant experience of a period of more than 7 years.

What’s on offer 
We are offering a permanent fixed term contract from April to November 2018 at a pro rata salary of between $66,905 to $73,680 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation. Weekly Hours will be 38hrs per week.
