PRG is looking for individuals to join our Operations teams, based in Melbourne. There are a number of Assistant Technician and Technician positions available. The positions offered; are full time employment, for a fixed period of 12 months and are paid at the award wage. At the conclusion of 12 month period, PRG may offer further fixed term or ongoing employment. Opportunities for assistant technicians include:
• Learning about and hands on practise across lighting, LED screens and rigging areas
• Participate in preparation and delivery of concert and theatre events
We are looking for individuals who:
Assistant Technicians & Technicians
• Show passion for work in the entertainment Industry
• Can demonstrate active interest relevant in lighting or other relevant area
• Work well as part of a team or as an individual
• Are physically fit
• Are open minded and willing to learn
• Are willing and able to occasionally work outside 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Assistant Technicians will also have
• Competent problem solving skills
• Responsible and mature minded outlook
• Able to work to complex instructions
• Capable of stock control
