Assistant Technical Producer

1x Permanent Part Time – 21 hours, 3 days per week
Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre is a key cultural facility within Western Sydney. We are looking for two self-motivated and enthusiastic people to join our innovative team.
As Assistant Technical Producer you will work closely with the Technical Producer and Curator/Producer Theatre to deliver a diverse range of theatre programs and events including dance, multi-media, film and special events as well as in-house/external events which all contribute to the centre’s theatre program.
The Assistant Technical Producer is responsible for the provision of services and technical support to presenter and clients in order to meet production requirements that comply with relevant technical and arts venue requirements. In addition, this role is responsible for the management, maintenance and security of all theatrical technical equipment including light, sound and other relevant venue equipment as identified.
Salary: Full Time position $46,442.13 to $50,717.37 pa. Part Time position $27,865.29 to $30,430.40 pa. Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
