Apex CloudPower V1.3.4 Firmware Update

V1.3.4 harnesses user integrator / user feedback to deliver a raft of time-saving tools and workflow enhancements.

This latest upgrade also enables powerful Relay, GPI Mute, and Standby functionality and meets requests for a front panel locking option in applications where hands-on operation is not desired.

Please note: OEM amplifier customers – to ensure smooth operation, please follow guidance from the OEM manufacturer. Firmware for OEM amplifiers should always be downloaded from the OEM manufacturer’s website.

NEW FEATURES

– Copy / paste channel parameters. Copy parameters between amp channels to save time during setup / preset creation.

– Front panel locking. Tamper-proof CloudPower units by disabling the front panel rotary encoder.

– Locate amplifier. Press Locate in IntelliCloud to quickly identify the physical amplifier in a rack full of CloudPowers. 

– RLY (Relay) / EN54. Allows fault indication and fulfils EN54 VACIE fire alarm requirements.

– GPI (General Purpose Input) / EN54. Mutes all channels and fulfils EN54 VACIE fire alarm requirements.

– STBY (Standby). Place CloudPower into energy-saving Standby mode via IntelliCloud or UDP command.

– Restore Audio Settings / Restore Default Settings.  Fast options to reset an amplifier, ready for its next project tuning / preset creation. 

WORKFLOW ENHANCEMENTS

– Default mixer input value. Improves the out-of-the-box experience for new users. 

– Default limiter settings. Prevents unexpected limiting when first unboxed.

– Local firmware update progress display. Six step front panel progress indication.

– Delay values in ms or meters. Takes the calculation out of setting delay times.  

– Highlight selected channel. At-a-glance identification of channel being adjusted.
