ALIA Tours to John Farnham: Brisbane & Melbourne

John Farnham Live By Demand is just that. It meets a ceaseless national enquiry over the past three years as to when the man, who has sold more tickets and more albums and notched up more achievements than any other Australian musician, would return to perform.

Featuring big productions in small theatres John and his ten-piece band look back over career highlights, rendering the songs he has to, and wants to. This intimate venue tour will be an opportunity to witness at close quarters a consummate singer and entertainer of more than forty years experience and unparalleled achievement.

Long time lighting designer Chris Newman is the man behind the console and he has kindly agreed to conduct two ALIA tours: one in Brisbane and one in Melbourne.

His rig includes: 34 x Martin MAC700 Profile, 34 x MAC 700 Wash, 8 x DWE 8 light, 4 x DWE 4 light, 10 x Source 4 Profiles, 20 x NSP par 64 (5 x bars 4), 32 x ACL (8 x bars 4), 8 x pallas 4 ground row, 8 x Iris 4 top cyc. Control is a MA Lighting grandMA console,

Video consists of 15 x Barco Mitrix Rental Frames and a Catalyst Media Server.
