We are a wholesale Distribution company in business for over 6 years. Currently we are looking for an Administration Officer to join our company
Responsibilities/Task:
Report to Finance and Administration Manager
General office administrative tasks
Support Sales Team on recording Sales Transaction
Invoice reconciliation and accounts processing
Monitor stock level and assist inventory planning
Coordinate with logistic department to ensure smooth delivery
Credit control and debt collection
Problem solving and trouble shooting
Monitoring and auditing
Intermediate/Advanced computer skills in particular Xero, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Sound experience in office administration, particularly accounts payable
Ability to work under pressure
Time management skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
Be reliable, friendly and have can-do attitude
The ideal candidate:
High level of attention to detail and a commitment to meet deadlines
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
Speed and accuracy driven
At least 1 years of relevant experience
Accounting qualification or equivalent
Sound problem solving and analytical skills
Proficient at using Excel and other Accounts systems
Answering calls
Entering invoices
Invoice matching with delivery dockets
Booking inspections
Organising Logistics
Answering phone calls, filing and archiving
Experience with marketing and social media
Dealing with multiply currency and international payments
To be successful in the role you will be a self-starter with strong coordination and prioritisation skills, be highly organised with exceptional communication skills, analytical & practical minded.
