Administration / Logistics Brisbane

We are on the look out for an Administration/Logistics person for our Brisbane branch:

Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Be responsible for the daily running of Reception including operation of the switchboard, screening enquiries, meeting and greeting visitors, recording and distribution of messages, monitoring and processing incoming correspondence (fax, email and mail).
* Effectively and efficiently handling of dry hire enquires from new and existing clients. This includes the taking of enquiries, supply quotation, preparation, despatch and follow-up of quotations.
* Liaise with Production account managers on equipment allocation and booking of productions into plot sheets and report to management any short falls that may arise.
* Be polite and courteous to both clients and fellow workers.
* Maintain a neat and tidy working environment

Essential Qualifications/Skills/Training

* Receptionist skills including professional telephone manner, ability to operate a switchboard and manage multiple tasks and general administration.
* Friendly and courteous manner toward clients and fellow workers.
* Computer literate.
* Neat and tidy appearance.
* Highly organised and attention to detail.
* Interest in lighting technology
* Experience in similar position

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in similar industry.
* Class A drivers licence
