Resolution X is an entertainment hire and production company specialising in lighting and rigging services for the corporate event, television and entertainment industry. The chosen applicant will be working closely as an executive assistant to the Managing Director as well as for filling a number of administrative tasks within the office environment from customer invoicing, reception duties and Human Resource functions right through to assisting the Operations Department, managing internal events, routine purchasing and booking interstate travel arrangements for staff.
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role required and some knowledge of Reckon accounting software as well as Microsoft office preferred but not essential.
