Active Bystander Training

Active Bystander Training is back on Monday 20 October, 1:00–3:00pm AEDT (Online) – a collaborative workshop designed for the live-music crew

You’ll learn how to identify, de-escalate and prevent sexual harassment, assault, bullying and discrimination.

The session is practical and industry-specific, with real case studies, discussion and simple scripts you can use immediately. Small actions add up to real culture change.

What you’ll gain

* Spot red flags early and choose safe intervention options (direct & indirect)

* De-escalation techniques that work in production environments

* Reporting pathways, follow-up tips and language you can use on the day

* Confidence to act – without putting yourself or others at risk

Who it’s for: Crew, venue & production staff, supervisors, tour managers – anyone working in and around live music!
