Accounts & Administration Officer, Concert Lighting Systems

Concert Lighting Systems Aust P/L is seeking an Accounts & Administration Officer for our
Melbourne Office.
Concert Lighting Systems is an Australian owned company established in 1976 with the office
and factory situated in Southbank.
This is a full time, permanent position and requires a reliable and honest person who is willing
to perform a range of tasks.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Accounts Receivable
o Invoicing, allocating customer payments, assisting with customer queries
on invoices, collection of outstanding debts and issuing statements
• Accounts Payable
o Entering payables, preparing cheque requisition forms, allocating
payments, issuing remittance advices, responding to credit check
requests and reconciling supplier statements
• Payroll
o Process fortnightly payroll, superannuation and child support payments
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements
• Preparation of BAS, Payroll Tax and Group Tax
• Banking including processing credit card payments and refunds, management of
petty cash
• Sales – Phone and counter sales to account and cash customers and arranging
freight
• Purchasing of stationary, staff amenities and stock
• General administration duties
Strong working experience with MYOB AccountRight is essential. Must have strong Microsoft
Office knowledge.
Must have a bright and friendly personality, excellent communication skills and a genuine
desire and commitment to provide quality customer service. Must demonstrate the ability to
work as part of a team along with showing individual initiative to work independently.
Wage is negotiable based on experience. Immediate start required.
