Harry the hirer Productions is a large event production business with an undisputed reputation for service and the most advanced state-of-the-art rigging product. We provide lighting, rigging solutions & quality technical production to the highest profile shows and events within Australia. With continued growth, we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Account Manager (Lighting, Rigging & Technical Event Production to join our Richmond based event productions team, where there is opportunity for long term personal growth into many disciplines of technical production.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Developing quotes & solutions to meet client requirements
- Initiating sales, preparing technical drawings
- Preparing detailed operational schedules incorporating critical timings and personnel involved
- Conducting site inspections with clients
- End-to-end event delivery
- Assisting with general sales enquiries and the sourcing of new clients
- Completing administrative support as directed
- Managing and growing client relationships
The successful candidate will possess:
- Well presented with an outstanding customer focus
- Passion for delivering the highest production solutions
- Ability to provide clear direction and lead production teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Knowledge of basic AutoCAD an advantage but not necessary
- Ability to travel interstate as required
- An Australian rigging license or a willingness to obtain one a definite advantage
Preferred experience in a technical or event role with a background in lighting, rigging or power distribution.
