We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced account manager to join our team at Phaseshift Productions. Our company has been a significant player in the entertainment industry for over 40 years, and we are expanding into new areas. As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with client’s and overseeing the preparation and execution of their events.
Responsibilities:
As an account manager, your key responsibilities will include:
– Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
– Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
– Achieving revenue targets
– Understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions
– Developing and executing account plans
– Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
– Monitoring and reporting on account performance to senior management
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
– Proven experience in entertainment lighting account management or sales
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Customer-oriented mindset
– Ability to work independently and as a team player
– Excellent organisational and time-management skills
– Experience in theatrical lighting
– Skilled in the use of Vector Works
– Rigging knowledge an advantage
