Since taking delivery of sixteen Prolights Astra Wash19Pix, Scene Change Adelaide has taken full advantage of their versatility deploying them on a myriad of events.
The Prolights Astra Wash19Pix moving wash light features a 4°-54° zoom, pixel control and pixel ring.
“They are also small, lightweight and bright,” commented Matt Britten, Technical Producer at Scene Change Adelaide. “Plus they are versatile and adaptable. A great wash light as well as eye candy for stage design.”
Matt admits that Prolights is a relatively unknown brand to Scene Change Adelaide so there was a bit of trepidation over how they would perform.
“However, we knew they had a good reputation and I have to say, we’ve been very happy with them,” he added. “I enjoy lighting with them and our clients love the ring effects. Their W-DMX is impressive and importantly, they are quiet.
“What more can I say? They put light out and are good.”
Nick Waterman, Director of Scene Change Adelaide, remarked that the incredible service and backup from Show Technology was always a crucial deciding factor when shopping for new fixtures.
