Lux Events is a Perth-based organisation that produces world-class events, concerts, and experiential experiences. We work locally, nationally and internationally for many of Australia and the world’s most recognised and respected companies. We are an integrated event management, production management, technical production and content agency, working in the corporate and live music concerts/festivals space.
Our passionate teams focus on collaboration to achieve innovation. We produce extraordinary experiences, working with clients and artists to create immersive environments that ignite the senses, inspire and leave lasting memories.
Highly technical applications of audio, video, lighting equipment is the backbone of these experiences and we’re seeking a leader of people, driver of change, master of teamwork and guru of technical video… or at least a combination of some of these traits.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Review concept designs and advise on technical design and systems integration.
- Installation and operation of complex video systems for live events.
- Collaboration with our Production Managers, Production team, suppliers and industry.
- Support our video team with knowledge, camaraderie and sometimes blood, sweat and tears.
- A focus on safety first.
- Working non-traditional hours including weekends and nights.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of Barco E2 systems (preferred) or similar control systems.
- Ten years’ experience with Projection, LED Screens, Broadcast Cameras and Networking & signal distribution.
- Disguise, Modulo Pi, Pixera, Pandoras or similar media server experience
