Electronic Service Technician

About the Role 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our team based at our Mascot Office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Unpacking, inspecting and safely storing all incoming products upon receipt.
  • Continuously maintaining knowledge of new and existing products to effectively navigate, test, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair products safely and accurately per manufacturers guidelines.
  • Working in close collaboration with the the Service Admin teams to provide repairs updates and quotes. 
  • Modifying and updating products outlined in the Manufacturers guidelines i.e. Firmware or hardware.
  • Accurately inputting data into required platforms. 


About You

Key requirements for this role include: 

  • Formal Qualification in Electronics, Trade Certificate III or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Audio, Visual, lighting and staging equipment (Manual and analogue).
  • High level understanding and experience with circuit board re-work skills.
  • Distributed Audio Network experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full Drivers Licence.
