About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our team based at our Mascot Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Unpacking, inspecting and safely storing all incoming products upon receipt.
- Continuously maintaining knowledge of new and existing products to effectively navigate, test, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair products safely and accurately per manufacturers guidelines.
- Working in close collaboration with the the Service Admin teams to provide repairs updates and quotes.
- Modifying and updating products outlined in the Manufacturers guidelines i.e. Firmware or hardware.
- Accurately inputting data into required platforms.

Key requirements for this role include:
- Formal Qualification in Electronics, Trade Certificate III or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience working with Audio, Visual, lighting and staging equipment (Manual and analogue).
- High level understanding and experience with circuit board re-work skills.
- Distributed Audio Network experience.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Full Drivers Licence.
